I would agree faith is illogical if thats where you are going. Faith is the excuse people give when they dont have a good reason for belief in something.
Answering the question on why the bible shouldnt be held up to scrutiny and skepticism on the basis that it is "holy" is a piss poor excuse.

If your contention is that the bible is a holy book and thus its contents are true, how and why do you discount all other holy books (for various religions) as untrue? And why don't those same standards used to discount those books not apply to your bible?

tulia kiasi... i know what i breath... and its not related to your bible.. and i didn't say i know any more than you do.... which is why i am agnostic... i simply don't know.. but that doesn't mean i need to believe just for the sake
