But fine. lets do it your way. Since we have to compare like for like and not take anything else into consideration, Lets take the average of the last two years of each administration.
Trumps average for 2018-2019 = 423,392,518
Obama average for 2015-2019 = 450,651,112

We can conclusively say Obama administration has given more money than Trump's ever has.

You are not making sense at all. Why are you taking the average of the two years and leaving out the rest?? How are KCSE graded between a person who did 8 subjects and a person who did 11 subjects? How is GDP per capita computed between a country that has 1 billion people and one that has 5 million?

Anyway, let me reason like you by cherry picking.

The highest contribution by Obama= 467 million
The highest contribution by Trump= 515 million
