Anywhere where we can get the figures/chart from 2017 to perhaps last year? Considering we are talking about Trump's administration it would be good to contrast that chart against the trend in the last 3years. This chart would basically shows the US contributing 3x more under the Obama administration.
Voluntary funds may explain the discrepancy. WHO reports show are what you are required to pay as a member of the organization and may not take voluntary funds into account as they can flactuate.

Sources like CNN quote that US contributes 400 million to WHO per year but I dont have independent source to confirm that.. I dont think the chart shows Obama administration contributed 3x more. The contributions have been consistent. Further, there is a cap to the maximum a country can contribute.
