How is a 45 min flight from mbs to Nairobi helping grow the economy? Should travellers be forced to use buses so that hawkers, lodgings, petrol stations, tyre repair guys on the 500km stretch get business?

FYI someone in gikomba who.imports mtumbas via sgr and clears goods hapo Nairobi ICD would have sold his stock before his jirani who imports via waarabu container freight stations which hold containers for 2 weeks, meria.and his malayas at every trading centre, who take their sweet time, a whole week to transport the container from mbs. Efficiency is key to business. Those who move fast make more money than those still stuck in the 70s.

Haven't you caused mzee enough anguish? In any case, if one mzee can generate electricity for 2 weeks imagine what the rest of us can do if we lose a few more braincells.

Am not talking of Mombasa Nairobi. Am talking about Mombasa Malaba. Basically, transit cargo.
