I think this is why we are missing the plot, we forget about six other positions that are very critical, Mps, senators, mcas etc. They pass laws.
What is stopping kiambu county or naks county to nullify inter county fees? We vote six piece for the sake of it then whine when nothing gets done.
Am sure in some areas the seats will be decided at nominations level , basically a few folks will be given 500 bob, then our work is to put a mark on voting day then start whining.

You ARE slow. Uhuru appointed a kanda ya moko in the name of NMS/Gen Badi. It's it/he that's collecting money contrary to an earlier agreement that farmers delivering livestock shall not be charged again when they get to Nairobi.

Badi/NMS doesn't make bylaws. Hiyo ni kazi ya MCAs and Nairobi county assembly. Its only mcas who can exempt pigs from cess, and that would be very unfair to those bringing in other forms of livestock who have to pay.
