Context is the same because we talking about sarcasm. For you its okay for obama to be sarcastic but not trump. See dr.fauci below saying they've never gotten orders to reduce testing.

Context led to Trump having to explain his utterances. Context made people wonder about Biden's 120Millions deaths claim.
Context made Obama's birth certificate look like the joke it was.
And I didn't claim that trump wasn't allowed to be sacarstic...just wondered why he deemed it fitting to explain himself.
