It was a grave mistake to allow old Moi KANU elements anywhere near govt.
1. Why was Albert Ojwang arrested over a civil matter ; a social media post? Under what law?
2. Who authorised his transfer from Homa Bay to Nairobi , 300km away? Why? Are there no police stations in Homa Bay?
3. Why was he placed in a cell alone? Who signed off on that?
4. Are there no working CCTV cameras in the station? Where is the footage? If none, who disabled them or failed to maintain them?
5. If he 'hit his head,’ why have police officers been interdicted? Why not treat it as an unfortunate accident? Clearly, they know it was no accident.
6. Why was the family not immediately informed of his death? Why the delayed release of information?
7. Why were initial statements inconsistent , first 'hit his head,’ now 'found unconscious’? Why can't the police tell one story?
8. Who will be personally held accountable? Who gave the orders? Who is protecting them?
