The Regime of Death - Developing Case of Albert Ojwang

The postmortem of Albert Ojwang is complete. It was conducted by 5 pathologists led by Dr Bernard Midia and Dr Njoroge.

They came to a unanimous conclusion that the course of death is severe head injury due to blunt force trauma.

They also concluded that the injuries were not self inflicted and did not happen at once.

Besides the severe head injuries, the pathologists also confirmed multiple head, neck, limbs and body injuries caused by blunt force trauma.

If the father had not followed promptly, the body would have been discovered after several weeks, with no way of piecing together the order of events. Seems like the police did not expect so much heat from the public, hence they had not prepared a plausible account. Walking back on the piece details they are releasing will be very difficult.
Makosa ingine ni kumkubali awe na simu throughout. He was able to tell his fsiends he's at Central around 9.00 Pm.

These small snippets of information is what will bring their story crumbling down. More confusion to follow once video analysis is done. Everyone is waiting for the officers who delivered him to the police station. They have everything to do with the matter and more. Most likely they estimated the poor man did not have the means to follow up, hence the casual way they handled the whole thing.

IG apologizes for suggesting Ojwang died by suicide. I'm glad how vigilant the human rights activists were during that autopsy. Otherwise we may have been lied to and the case swept under the rug
