Supreme Court chronicles

I would like to know the truth in the claim that there were duplicated KIEM kits serial numbers. Why were specifications for the image transmitted changed from colour to black and white? Why was streaming of results from IEBC API unavailable?

Electronic transmission of results is used to prevent widespread fraud during elections. We must learn to ask hard questions and be guided by the truth.
Color images are heavier on the system.
That's an obvious fact, right?

Wild-goose chase.
Using statistics the way a drunk uses a lamppost -for support rather than illumination.

Its true Colour images take more space than BW. I conceded here because I don't know about the quality of the network available to IEBC. It's probable that the network could not transmit coloured images.
If you give each image 5mbs and there are 46k of them, then the throughput to the servers would need to be crazy to allow uploading within a specific period of time.
It is possible, but wasteful.

You need to watch this before you get too excited. For God's sake is that name part of the form? Would you expect that name to appear anywhere in IEBC documents, considering that he worked for a firm that was contracted by IEBC?

Since voting is about numbers, evidence of the manipulation of numbers is serious.
In one example "55" has been manually changed to read "88" adding additional 30 votes in just one polling station to a candidate.

If the network was not the bottleneck, why would IEBC find it difficult to scale up server side processing ? 5MB per station wouldn't even take 250GB for the entire country. The improved quality would be more beneficial than saving a little money. Storage and processing is quite cheap nowadays.

They will argue that it's not widespread enough to significantly alter the outcome 😁.

If raila does not win, that improved quality will not cut it. It does not matter what iebc does or does not do, if raila does not win there will always be a problem with IEBC or his opponents somewhere

Hata Mimi argument ya numbers sijaelewa. Maybe I missed some of the presentations. I haven't seen evidence of widespread mismatch of what's in the forms 34A and what's in the ballot boxes. I'm referring to the scrutiny ordered by the court.

Google Omtatah and Otiende interventions. The case being made by petitioners is that the numbers do not add up. Because they were being manipulated to reach the magic 50+ leading to moving targets of total numbers of those who voted.

My thinking is that on the 50+1 argument, Soweto's live presentation on manipulation of numbers has given momentum to a nullification.
