What I can tell you is that no system is foolproof. even Google, Amazon, Microsoft, Facebook, Netflix or even Apple sites go offline yet they are amongst the best Software companies in the world with the best talents. Klist is not an exception. However, there are monitoring systems in place and measures taken to reduce server downtimes as much as possible, so far nothing major.
