Police caught on camera breaking and entering

Cops have power to break in or break out of any building or vessel if they suspect any crime is being committed or for the sake of prevention of a crime, tag me during the course of the day will provide the correct quoting in the constitution.
Kuuliza si ujinga..so in Kenya the cops do not require search warrants? This seems to indicate that they can enter any premises/abode at any point and demand to search on basis of suspicion; which may or may not be warranted!

If they have probable cause they have power to break in or break out into any building or vessel.

Who determines "probable cause"? Is it the ordinary Kazungu or Maina on the beat? What stops a policeman from breaking into my house claiming "amesikia harufu ya phangi"?

Do you get my drift? Is it up to the discretion of the individual officer? I think not.

This was my concern too! It would seems to suggest that warrants are unnecessary as anything could be claimed..
