Mwalimu what's your take on restorative justice which in cjs ;my take is the convict to pay for his mistakes while at the same time he's able to leave in the society and providing for his family, custodial sentence at some instances should be avoided.

Restorative justice should apply for normal crimes only. Economic crimes should attract mandatory jail sentences. Hapa watu walikufa njaa ili wezi wanunue magari.
