The kill-joy waiting around the corner by the way
He will appeal
Aseme ni excessive?He will appeal
Yes amepewa option ya fine...but when these people are committing economic crimes, they know these kind of things might happen. I dont really think ata 1B is much money to these thievesMe nimeskia Walukhe ako na option ya fine ya hizo 500 millions or 7 years. But someone can clarify
Halafu ahesabiwe back taxes tuseme ni Tanga Tanga inaumizwa.Sasa huyu akilipa 550 million then KRA should come and ask him hiyo pesa imetoka wapi
Umeona 550 ama 7 years, hata kama mimi ni D- kuna vitu najua kuliko A+so unataka kusema atapewa fine ya 600million+let us not get ahead of ourselves this is kenya banae no need to put too much hope.
550 I/d 7 years in jail na bado a civil suit to recover properties.Naskia judge akimetion figures around 570 million. Citizen Githeri Media wametoka courts kutuletea Maria
7 tufor those of us not watching live huyu jamaa amepewa miaka ngapi?
Mwalimu what's your take on restorative justice which in cjs ;my take is the convict to pay for his mistakes while at the same time he's able to leave in the society and providing for his family, custodial sentence at some instances should be avoided.Walukhe's lawyer makes a special request to the court for the sentence to be put on hold for two weeks, and for the accused to be given leeway to pay the fines in installments. The drama continues.
The day CM egoti will deliver a sentence watu watahara.Aseme ni excessive?
I can only imagine vile alinunulia mabeste ma-mizinga akisema deal imeivana![]()
BTW, appeal ikifanywa, mhukumiwa huwa ndani ama inje?He will appeal
Hahahahaha, hakuna vile hii pesa yote bado iko550 I/d 7 years in jail na bado a civil suit to recover properties.
Restorative justice should apply for normal crimes only. Economic crimes should attract mandatory jail sentences. Hapa watu walikufa njaa ili wezi wanunue magari.Mwalimu what's your take on restorative justice which in cjs ;my take is the convict to pay for his mistakes while at the same time he's able to leave in the society and providing for his family, custodial sentence at some instances should be avoided.
He can apply for bond pending appeal...then wahakikishe appeal imechukua another 10 years.BTW, appeal ikifanywa, mhukumiwa huwa ndani ama inje?
@Ngimanene na Muchere contact Walukhe and teach him how to be brave. 7 years sio mchezo. I slept kwa cell for one night in a police station in Eastlands na ilikuwa siku mrefu sana.
Hiyo sio mbaya kuliko kamukunji ama ile ya huko Lari police station. Hapo unaomba mpaka Mungu na kumwambia a kupee just one chance hutawahi rudia makosa.
hekaya ikuje bana
