Lakini just to correct you mimi I love Kenya to death . I just wish things would be different. We get annoyed when we see this selfish greed . Buddha bless your dad's heart . He is the kind we need . Hope hata wewe you follow his huge foot steps . We need a whole overhaul of our attitude as Kenyans brother . That's the only way we can make steps forward

Malcolm X was planning on settling in Ethiopia before they shot him, shashamane in Ethiopia is a settlement of returnees from Outside Africa, we have returnees Africans living in Kenya. I'm a bounty that's why I spend time keeping up with my motherland.
Ni sawa tu.
I call out the wrongs in my motherland because I love it.
I call out the wrongs in my motherland because sometimes you don't see your fault until someone else points it out.
Hii denial is the biggest hinderance to any possibility of change.
And you keep telling yourself that it's not that bad etc..
It is fucking horrible when politicians are flying in choppers while they can't offer any solution to any problem.
And the wananchi go to church to pray for change instead of changing their leaders.
And now you can't take the opinion of one of you giving you a point of view from the outside looking in?..

Hapo sawa ndugu. This was not my dad but a family friend. Those are the people who have(and always had) positive attitudes and self belief. And it rubs off.
