There's a reason Ndii ditched Ouro for Lootall. Probably a promises position somewhere, say PS. Ruto is busy hunting for some minds, men and women who have something between their ears. While Ouru is busy with BBI with Murathe and Tuju.

You fail to understand. I am not saying there wan't something wrong with the Kimwarer and Arror dams. My question is why was it blamed on DP? Every single time kuna story za corruption it is always placed squarely om DP's head. Even the covid billionaires corruption scandal was being blamed on Ruto when was clearly sidelined in government to the extent that when you hear corruption you think of Ruto.

Don't you think it is very convinient?

The question of propaganda doesn't matter. There is no form of arithmetic that will be done that won't be critisized as tribal.

There is no way Ruto gambles with the Mt Kenya vote and you can take that to the bank. It is the one of two tribal formations that votes as a block. The other is the Luo. Western never votes as one. Coast would be the decider. Win a significant coastal vote and you win the election without a run-off.

I know what video youbare talking about. Weka. He said money was not lost but it is another goldenberg type of scandal where you have to pay for breach of contract if you want to do a Eurobond.

It has been said Rotich was Ruto's guy so he was stealing for him.

During his interview he said with time he was going to give his side of the story of those dams

EACC did not deny the case. They just clarified that they were not the investigating agency. Looks like misinterpreting the clarification gives people of your persuasion a lifeline to discredit the embarrassing case.

So who is persecuting this case? Is it the EACC, an 'independent' institution charged with handling corruption cases or is it the DCI an entity which the government has been using to harass dissident politicians seen as pro-Ruto?
