To be honest, any universal healthcare scheme requires the public to pay a lot of taxes. How they will be accounted for is another matter.

We have no confidence in this adminstration's ability to roll out UHC, Kenyans would willingly pay for UHC but not to this adminstration, everything they touch fails

The issue is it's mandatory. They will mint all that money but they will do nothing about the health care infrastructure because we have provided a health insurance cover to them to go treatment in other countries .

it should be mandatory, health care has a cost and when everybody pools resources it makes it cheaper.
But this doesn't mean we don't invest in infra or fight corruption
