I still don't understand why there is need to pay and ferry people to attend BBI events . What value does it add to the proposals that the common man has ?

Buda hii ni campaign, notice how every speaker punctuated their remarks with praises for Baba and Uhuru, they are selling Rao not unity or peace or such ideals.
