Family Bank has extended a loan of Ksh. 90 million to Gakuyo Real Estate to enable 6,000 members who had bought the 2000 acres of land in Kilimambogo to obtain title deeds for their portions of land.

2.Land rate Clearance certificate fee= 10,000 .......for one to get the certifate one has to clear the pending land rates...
3.Consent to transfer land from the commissioner of lands = 1000
4.Stamp duty = 4% of the value of the land.
5.Registration of transfer = ksh 500 for each title.
6.Processing individual title =5000k
7. Lawyers fee....

Mimi 2018 nili jidanganya nifanye tranfers bila kutumia lawyer it was not a pretty experience...... i spent 60k but pesa most ilienda kwa mfuko za watu. Machokos lands office is a nightmare.
