You should ask yourself what's the purpose of 'just' in cjs ;would the product serve best in the interest of all parties, incerccaration vs restitution, which is the best?
 
Experts kwanza am devastated and i have received that news with a pinch of uzuni.

I won't ask about iyo sijui restitution coz to me that sounds like law prostitution ...

My kiulizo is what if Iyo killer in the next two years he decides to file for bankruptcy

but I think in kenya it's applied selectively, kuna watu huomba msamaha but wanaambiwa ili iwe funzo kwa watu wengine, kuna grandmother fulani alifungwa despite pleading, she was above 70 , but still no mercy was granted.

Do some research about restitution in cjs which is unlike what you've quoted and it's merits to the society.

True, poverty is the driving force but I was focused on babu , who supposedly studied law, believing he could pull this stunt.

The dj needs to file a civil lawsuit to claim damages.
