Actually, technically speaking, kenya is not a thirdworld country according to the united nations ranking of the least developed countries , which are categorized as 3rd world.

The term 3rd world itself doesn't hold water in the modern age as it was used to categorize all the non-aligned countries during the cold war era. the so-called 1st world countries were the US allies while all the communist countries were termed as 2nd world countries.

This is very good. Lets not criticise everything except if it's coming from Transport CS Macharia. In the US time kulikuwa na Ebola in Africa it was the same for visitors coming from Africa. Self quarantine

You are not serious. It's not a must you defend the indefensible. The same govt which has been violating court orders left right and centre? You rem saying miguna was deported because he was a threat to national security? What about these corona suspects? again, how can a quarantine be a violation of someone's right?
And, what could it cost them doing a follow-up to determine whether the self quarantine order has been adhered to?
