Should have highlighted the part in the ruling where the judge alleges he was not given the reasons for his arrest as required by the Constitution, also he challenges the facts on which the search warrant was issued, often when the state wants to harass you such warrants are sought on bullshit affidavits.
If you do not challenge them in court they quietly close that file and leave you with a stained reputation, na huwezijitetea either because no case was filed.
If the DCI isn't engaged on a witchhunt this case provides a platform to prove that.

She was under a lot of pressure from twittersphere to "say something" yet she couldn't be more forceful without appearing to be giving directions on a case yet to be filed. Remember the Judiciary is already carrying the baggage of stalling the Mwilu case.
I believe by playing safe she wished to demonstrate her fidelity to due process of the law and she also wants to depart from the grandstanding of Maraga for a more consultative approach to problems. My thoughts.
