Ndii suffers from intellectual elitism. These are folks who aki sense your mental bandwidth is lower than his, they either disregard you or become arrogant. The guy is a very good economist, my concern is that he maybe the paper type.

Actually there's sense in the model. Top of my head is how equity and safaricom outperformed their competitors. It is simply a bottom-up approach. We have funny characters here who cannot take time to internalize what is being said by widely researching either because they dislike the messenger or just sheer stupidity or a mix of both.
All developed nations focused on improving the life of the common man while at the same time strengthening their institutions.
Why are people having an issue with such a policy? Whether the people preaching the gospel are genuine or not that is wholly different discussion. Kenyatta turned out to be a fantastic idiot but there people who claim to have a brain who think he has done a superb job.
