Okay. You seemed like a technical person I was hoping for a clearer deconstruction of what I was seeing. I assumed @Clemens was just making an offhand random comment like we see a lot online
Nothing offhand or random about my observation, I have been there, once visited a health facilities in that area accompanying a health ministerial honcho from Nairobi, they wrongly thought, the small teenage girls bringing kids to the facilities were their siblings.

Okay. It looks like a case of 'your mileage may vary' then. Because I have a relative who married from one of these far flung areas after being posted there for work. He seems to have gotten a good deal, 10+ yrs later.

The women here are good, I have transverse the republic of Kenya but a Turkana/pokot women are the best, treat you like a king and have an oven down there 😉 if you know what I mean.
