Nothing offhand or random about my observation, I have been there, once visited a health facilities in that area accompanying a health ministerial honcho from Nairobi, they wrongly thought, the small teenage girls bringing kids to the facilities were their siblings.Okay. Okay. It looks like a case of 'your mileage may vary' then. Because I have a relative who married from one of these far flung areas after being posted there for work.
