I do not care what shenanigans they get up to because they will still go ahead and do what they want 'for the good of the country' by giving me a chance to 'vote'.
I doubt that Ruto with all his experience in the dealings of government wouldn't know of how they get dirt on people. He himself must have had dirt gathered on others.
That makes me think that he must have taken measures to protect himself but if he got flat footed like that,he deserves everything coming his way.
