This is absurd. If that will be his demand, then the case won't be admitted. And neither can he tell the court to audit the election process.

He will have to present evidence that either
1) the tally is erroneous (and not the 0.01% bullshit)
2) or the process of conducting the election was flawed to an extent that can reasonably affect the results.
