Are they also disingenuous?

This is exactly what I am calling disingenuous. The obvious conclusion here is high inflation. Inflation went up as a result of dollar oversupply during covid. The mitigation measures by the FED to mop up excess liquidity by raising interest rates cause yields to rise. The Ukraine-Russia war, equally caused and supported by the US, made impacted inflation further by disrupting supply chains. So, suggesting the war is what caused yields to rise, rather than what added to the issue is disingenuous. Yours is just a selective reading of the facts.

How come African countries were able to issue these many Eurobonds in 2021 in the middle of a pandemic yet only 3 were issued in 2022 when Ukraine war started?

The cheap covid money I am talking about. The very cause of monetary inflation. It wasn't until March 2022 that the FED started hiking rates to mop up excess liquidity making debt expensive.

Who did "quantitive easing"? Who has done "mopping up operations "

We know that during Covid the US printed dollars and offered its citizens free money. It even caused a crypto rally, which was incredibly profitable for me. The consequence was high inflation numbers, thus the raising of interest rates to tame the inflation.

See what our own increase had done to the cost of borrowing.

Which is why you are misleading saying this today and tomorrow contradicting yourself
I said that Kenya didn't issue Eurobonds in 2022 because of Ukraine war. I have brought evidence from the government saying they didn't issue because of Ukraine war. What is misleading there?
