I'm asking which year EACC dropped the corruption case. But hiyo umekataa kujibu.

Once a court case has been dropped/closed you've been sanitised. It's as simple as that. Waiguru was sanitised in 2016 by EACC. You should be blaming the authorities not Raila.

Oparanya who has been with Raila since the 90s is being investigated for corruption. There will be noise defending him but that will not stop investigations
