zile car grant za mcas, zitakuwa converted to loans sasa?

Sasa SRC wacheze kama judiciary pia, high court ruled that parliament illegally allocated themselves house allowance na hiyo pesa should be refunded, src should proceed and attach those mps properties mpaka walipe.
Maraga had called for both hses to be disbanded.
Why not do it now wote wakwende nyumbani.
Chapter 6 has to be adhered to now.
No more crooks and gangsters with dubious academic credentials to stand for elections ever again

I insist that the most fair way of judging this is via the ballot. Any power whether judicial, legislative, military or police can be misapplied. The judiciary is unfairly usurping the power of the people.

But BBI lazima ipite. 😅
1.The court ruled that Nairobi Metropolitan Services is an illegal outfit.
It still runs Nairobi, with a budget.
2.The court ruled the parliament is illegal as currently constituted.
MPs still make laws, approve budgets & draw salaries.
3.The court ruled the transfer of KMC to the military was irregular & therefore illegal.
4.The court ruled that 41 judges be sworn in.
They haven't been sworn in.
5.The court ruled that CASs were illegally in office.
CASs are still in office & will continue to as they draw illegal salaries.
6.The court ruled that miguna should return and his passport given back, the government disobeyed the orders

Still want more??😅😅😅😅

So that ghosts can vote? The courts saved Kenyan taxpayers billions of shillings from wastage and also gave us peace of mind to know there's still hope.

Who gave Maraga such powers? Why didn't Kenyans elect a proportionate assembly? How many women offered themselves to be elected? Is it our society that doesn't elect women? What's the intention of having 1/3 gender rule?

Would Maraga advise to disband parliarment have caused people in Gatundu, Ijara or Teso to elect more women to parliament? I'm not saying that those areas do not have competent women. I'm asking whether Maraga ruling creates necessary conditions for achieving 1/3 gender rule.

Law exists in a society that has gender bias and other bias. A lot of people (including here) are biased against women, transgender and other minorities.

Address chapter 6 now.
If we followed it to the word, how many cows would there be in office today?

I’m surprised you don’t see anything wrong with this blatant disregard of court orders.

Do you mean Waiguru, Warukhe, Sonko, Waititu na wezi wa Mahindi, etc. I'm guilty of electing at least one of them into office. I regret that decision and I will not repeat it in the future. Making a mistake in the past does not mean I should make one in the future.

constitution is the one that gave cj office holder those powers in such a scenario. It is clearly written that incase parliament doesn't address gender issue, anyone can petition the cj to advice president to dissolve parliament. .Some groups went to court, and cj hands were basically tied, haku amuka na ku decide peke yake, I took 3 or so years for him to act. Actually he was being sued for not playing his role. That same constitution that most of you voted for in 2010 pia inasema any amendment can be people driven or some clauses through parliament. No where inasema executive can initiate amendment. This is obvious to protect Kenyans against a rogue executive.
