So let's do math
In one day it will generate a revenue of :
600x25,000=15,000,000
So in one year =364X15,000,000=5.5b
It will take 62b÷5.5 = 12 years to recoup the cost of construction.

So swali i would like to ask elite of akina @Okiya na @Mwalimu-G? Now that the 12 years have lapsed and they have gotten back their money how long will they continue to collecting the money from us off in the name recouping their money

I assume the project is on a Build, Operate, Transfer (BOT). You need to give them a few more years to make a profit from the money they are putting up upfront and to account for inflation.
