Rosslyn Riviera Mall is still less than 50% occupied 5 years later. They did away with parking fees and there's not much change. Are they going to be forced to charge for parking in order to cover this tax?Lazy lazy mindset... And just like that malls may start loosing business they never even had in the first place. Trickle donw effect.
They need to be innovative in creating income, not just taxing people from all corners.
