Peasant si uko na shida mingi. External fan is just a short term remedy. You should find a good repair guy and have them clean you fan and also apply a fresh thermal paste compound on your processor. Also, ensure you are not blocking the vents of the machine when in use. The bottom stands wear out or get lost over time and you can have them replaced or DIY it so there is a gap between the table and the bottom of the machine.

I don't know how relevant that is, but it is the image that comes to mind.

Tembea taratibu hatua kwa hatua. There is no magic solution if you don't follow a systematic procedure that eliminates some possible sources of trouble.
Step 1: Check whether your laptop is running too many processes at once. If yes, shut down the ones you don't need. In addition, confirm that you do not have misbehaving applications that hog too much CPU resources. If the issue is not solved, go to step 2.
Step 2: Make sure your heat sink and fan are free from dust. You can clean them using a blower.
Step 3: If the problem persists after cleaning the heat sink and fan, you might want to apply a new coat of thermal paste. Make sure you use good quality thermal paste.
Step 4: If the issue persists, you might want to replace the fan. As you do so, check whether the heat sink is intact.
Step 5: If you still have the problem after trying all the above, consider whether you could be using the laptop for purposes it is not suited for.

@admin banaa why you messing up a nice thread...even the OP understood that he was open to potshots. Nikii mani?
Ufala zaidi ni after noting that @Jug has been facing technical issues with his stuff, I directed him to @QuadroK4000 who has assisted me greatly via inbosk regarding laptop matters.
@admin tunajua hii ni senate but not everything has to be boring to be meaningful. Matusi na nudes unaweza ng'oa but don't curtail our freedom of expression
