I've been having a hard time understanding what you stand for. In most of your discussions you seem fixated on what Uhuru or RAO did wrong. And then you finish off by quoting mysterious sayings, some from the holy book. I like keeping an open mind looking at all matters rationally, and...

I hear ordinary revenue has been projected to be 1.9T while just last financial year they barely scrapped their projections.

To add on to that we have a deficit of slightly below 1T for 2021/2022. They have said over 600B will be borrowed internally killing access to credit for SME's and 200+B externally.
