Let me make this easy for you? Let's assume NCBA got a tax break from KRA. Do other companies also get the same? Was the bank the first one to get the break? Was any law broken?

You see, you don't have the facts. All you are bringing here is muguka-base crap. If KRA broke the law tell us which one.
We are not assuming anything, they actually got a tax break. The same way uhuru will make a call and let his friend and niece get away with corruption is the same way kra got a call from statehouse to let it slide. Does Kenya Power break any laws by paying the prices they do from private individuals?? Does the icd in naivasha pay taxes?? If enough tax breaks are given to everybody, now laws will have been broken but do you know what the repercussions would be???

So we should laud Kenyatta for achieving 85% electricity connectivity to households but 37% learners reached in the digital literacy program after 7 years isn't failure?

Please claim the failures with the same vigour as the successes
Are these proposals that are supposed to go through YOUR representatives in Parliament? If you don't like them, have you written to your MP to give him apiece of your mind? Coz that's what an elightened citizenry does, you know?
You aren't the sharpest tool in the shed, if you think writing to your MP affects anything.

You must be daft if you can't see the conflict in bending a law to fit "biashara ya kiongoss".
Go ask for a 300M capital gains/ share transfer tax waiver and tell us the story, sio waiver ya penalties for late filing.

Tell us more.

And while at it, correct you 'SPELLING' mistake (AGAIN, Einstein).

David is a boy's name. Boys are called NEPHEWS. It is girls that are NIECES.

(JESUS FERKING CHRIST! And to think I have wasted my evening arguing with......................never mind!)

Jisomee wewe mwenyewe kama huna habari

Dude, that was not a SPELLING mistake but I'll let that slide.

What do you want me to say about the KEMSA scandal? People stole, period. Hopefully they will be investigated, prosecuted and punished (if the judiciary decides to surprise us).

But I am a bit lost. What's this got to do with anything?
Ever heard of Estama Investments?

My last question to you because clearly we are not on the same wavelength.

These calls you are talking about. YOU WERE THERE WHEN THEY WERE BEING MADE?

Ha ha ha ha ha ha! Jeeso, again, have you heard of the EAC? IT DOESN'T MATTER WHO IS PRODUCING THE MILK IN UGANDA - A KENYAN, A MARTIAN OR A MONGOLIAN. It is Uganda which is in the EAC. Oh, half the products we export there are also manufactured by foregners in Kenya.

You guys are just brilliant, aren't you?
Ahem . . . . Guka, I'm sure age does present some challenges, but you seem to have skipped this sentence
What we're importing from UG is reconstituted milk from powder imported from europe, china and lord knows where else, countries which I'm fairly certain do not belong to the EAC.

That milk cannot be legally imported into Kenya under EAC agreements as it is not produced in UG period!
The last I checked Europe ws not an EAC member!
Secondly , what part of this, its the duty of the Kenyan government to protect it's citizen's interests, don't you understand???

I agree on the BBI. But I have always been conflicted on the corruption issue when its the COURTS that kee refusing to jail Big Fish. Mnataka Uhuru afanye nini and you passed a katiba that weakened the presidency (something that Uhuru is trying to cure through the establishment of a judicial obudsman).

I also agree that being a prince, he is sometimes out of touch.

But in all honesty these are not mission-critical defects..........
And who leads the pack in ignoring court orders, gets so bad the CJ has to call you out? I keep telling you, not the brightest tool.

Tax collection is falling? Damn, how can that happen during this Covid times? How? We need a rocket scientist to explain this?

Uganda imports milk and then re-exports it to Kenya? And Muthamaki, the owner of Brookside no less allows that, shooting himself in the foot? he must be stupid! (see how your arguments don't make sense?)
Whoa! . . . Are these short term memory issues or what?
Slow down, you seem to be getting discombobulated :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:
This is what I'd said earlier, NB means nota bene in case you've forgotten. . . I'm sure you learnt it in school way back the day . . . 😁
NB All this happened pre covid so he can't use the pandemic as an excuse for the terrible decisions his regime has made.
On the milk importation issue, I guess you really don't understand milk dynamics, you're out of your depths on that one . . . you should've let it go quietly.

1 ton costs - 1000 Euro approx 130,000 Ksh
1 ton is approx 900,000 grams
100g makes 1 litre of milk
1 ton of powder = 9000 litres at 96 per litre = Ksh 864,400 = 6588 euros
Even with the cost of shipping, these guys are making super profits while our farmers languish in poverty!

Why would muthamaki not want to join that gravy train??? he's not stupid! (see how your arguments don't make sense?)😁😁😁

No president has done as much as Uhuru has for the security sector. From buying the first APCs for the police to establishing SFs to buying new transports for the airforce and attack helos for the army,
Hiyo paragraph yote umetudanganya.

You can't stand up an SF unit in a matter of weeks. Training enough Special Ops, Rangers and LRRP takes years from finding the right people to become trainers, to building an entire regiment where the washout rate is 75-90 percent.

If you recall, both 30th SF and 40 RSF responded to Westgate, a few weeks after you had made the mistake of voting in that failure. How did they come into existence that fast if indeed macho nyanya was responsible for their formation?

All these other things were laid down in the Anglo leasing contracts. If everything had gone to plan, there would have been plenty of new toys for both KDF and the thugs in blue uniform. KNS Jasiri was ordered as far back as 2003-2004 and sat rusting in a Spanish harbour for upwards of 6 years, only to be delivered in the last months of 2012.

It's a rather amusing attempt to take over from @Mwalimu-G to be the gavament apologist
I sense a bit of jest in his approach but regardless it is incredibly infuriating reading this hot shite. If you managed finances like this in your own home, your wife and children would disown you let alone an entire country.

Reckless borrowing with no idea of how to pay it back and then you go ahead and suggest expanding parliament and consequently increasing the wage bill.

But kawaida ya middle class, upper class wannabes like Couch P, they pretend everything is rosy because they are not feeling the pinch being felt by lower class citizens. Bora he is eating well, fuck everybody else.

Can see why his wife and kids whacked him then left

Uhuru has failed Kenya in many fronts. Most of the projects initiated are overpriced and are not done to completion or done below standards
1. Policies to enrich family and cliques at the expense of Kenyans eg Monolization of milk sector-brookside, affordable housing- Koto, Nationalization of bankrupt Kenya Airways after it failed to get JKIA, SGR to family farm, COVID fund for Tourism used to purchase Fairmont Norfolk, government guaranteed microcredit though NCBA, national health equipment leasing by companies associated with first family.......
2. Impunity and politicization of institutions like the DCI, parliamentary committees, skewed fight against corruption....
3. Appointment of cronies to public offices
4. Ulevi wa kupindukia

I guess

I guess I know the difference between what I provided and what you provided. I am talking of HOUSEHOLDS CONNECTED, while you are referring to access. Does having access mean you're connected? Perhaps this article by nation can help
https://www.businessdailyafrica.com/bd/economy/state-to-connect-2-4m-more-households--3268702
Similar to what Moi used to do...he would ask poles to be brought to a location if you don't vote for him the poles are collected and returned..
Its the onus of the Kenyan government to protect Kenyan small farmers not Ugandan farmers period!!
So why are you surprised that Kenyans want a government that protects their interests???:rolleyes:
Btw why is chicken feed cheaper in UG than in Kenya????
To some fellows the role of government is to seek votes from the public once they get in they have a right to enrich themselves asking as they dish out a few contracts to their relatives. The government is amoral whilst the electorate is moral this divide is why we have some individuals justifying the stupidity of African leaders
