Maybe only if they were sequoias.

Niliona southern blue gum can be as tall as 92 meters = 300 feet
Pia niliona effective wind turbine should be 328 feet tall. That leaves a room of the turbine being 28 feet above the bluegum tree. It can be small but might affect the flow of air.

@AU5 remember in primary they taught us that "growing trees act as wind breakers?!"
Well growing many trees can affect the smooth flow of wind to the blades . No matter how low the trees they act as a clutch (by being wind breakers)
