Pia niliona effective wind turbine should be 328 feet tall. That leaves a room of the turbine being 28 feet above the bluegum tree. It can be small but might affect the flow of air.

Well growing many trees can affect the smooth flow of wind to the blades . No matter how low the trees they act as a clutch (by being wind breakers)

It's very doable. I am just stupefied by the concept of rustling leaves triggering the idea of electricity production.
