Directorate of criminal investigations officers have arrested Korogocho MCA Matakwey Mobimba over incitement utterances he made at Kamukunji Grounds.
 
How is that different from the threats and intimidations spewed each and every day and directed to the Opposition from the D.O and the Kenya Kwisha fraternity?
I thought these guys were better than this.
Kumbe this is the resurrection of the once draconian KANU which could not take or allow any divergent opinions.

kenyans are put exactly where they deserve, instead of facing issues together, divided along party lines.

If the guy spew hate speech, let him face the law, if the other side does it, let them face it.
Otherwise we're stuck in the same political cycle till 2027 .

I thought I heard him say no business will operate in Nairobi. And I don't think this is what freedom of expression meant to protect.

Looks like this is not the first time the Korogocho MCA is making controversial statements. This was last year during the campaign period

The reason, the main Cause, of business shutting in Nairobi and all over the country is not this stupid Guy’s utterances but High Taxation, High Cost Of Energy and High Cost of Doing Business, all courtesy of Kenya Kwisha regime.

If they can’t create a conducive environment for businesses to thrive and for Citizen’s prosperity, as seems very evident to all, let them move aside for somebody else.

They can’t keep framing somebody else for their utter failures.

Then this is what the crazy fellow should be addressing.
Did high taxation, energy and food costs happen overnight? Do you honestly expect an overnight solution? Some times we must be realistic with our expectations.

Since the advent of the new Kenya Kwisha Administration, the business and enterprise scene has gone hostile.
There is no Investors’ Confidence at all, which explains why businesses are shutting up and inflation setting in.
The Kenya Kwisha had a golden opportunity and a window of opportunity to excite the markets with novel ideas which they threw away by not only pardoning and encouraging economic saboteurs, but putting them at the helm of economic policy. What a shame!

All you're saying is true.But in 2027 wasiafu will be swayed to vote the government as they will be convinced that things have been economically bad for past 5 years because of Raila.

How is that related to the tribal tirade by the MCA? Hate speech is just that, and no one should excuse it, especially with our dark past as a country. I once asked a relative how is the Kikuyu peasant farmers at Gatonye(now know as Kipkorgot) in Uasin Gishu county related to the alleged stolen votes.
Maybe your answer will be similar to his back then in 2007.
