Where is the tribal tirade in his speech? He didn’t mention any tribes or tribal stereotypes in that clip. Did he? Or did you hear what you really expected to hear? Correct me if I am wrong.

I also see no hate speech here. He did not express hatred or loath to any individual, group or class of people or encourage hatred and violence towards them.
He didn’t express hatred to the business community in CBD either nor did he incite violence towards them.
Something doesn’t become hate speech because it is spoken by someone we don’t like.

As a matter of fact most of what he uttered is political rhetoric which abounds in both political camps.
 
Guess who have been vindicated by today’s ruling? Kenyans have.
You do not condemn a Man for telling truth to power.

Kenya Kwisha Brigade need to quickly realise that nyayo era edicts and intolerance has no place in modern Kenya.
Arresting and arraigning people simply because they challenge the Government on it’s corruption and impunity is autocratic and dictatorial.
