I have no idea what you’re on about.
But for the very simple reason that BBI seeks to create more positions yet we have no resources for those already in existence, I’m against it. Na ikifika referendum as is, I’ll proudly vote against it.

That’s not even half of it. NHIF pays different costs for the same procedure depending on whether a hospital is private or public, with the former always being higher.

I draw parallels to this NHIF and private hospitals saga to how parastatals operate in Kenya. GOK gives money to parastatals who deposit it in private banks...The same GOK issues treasury bills which are mostly bought by private banks. So basically GOK gives out its money then borrows it later and pays interest
