Traffic disruption on Eastern Bypass, Nairobi

I do hope and pray this will be done , currently there is no sign of such happening . I shudder to think they can do the same thing they did in Western Bypass pale Ndenderu where they made a roundabout but the plans/drawings were indicating an overpass.

There is a case in court by wait for it! the owner of overpass resort, against repossession of his land for the construction of the overpass.

If thats the case sina la kusema but the question remains will the contractor pocket 100% as per the contract ? Considering they havent built an overpass.

By the way, as one approaches the Ruai intersection from Kamakis, there's a road that is pretty new and 90% complete which ends up near Mwiki.

There is always some hidden agenda. The 2 kilometers of dual lanes to infinity park were purposely done to help the muindi owner sell tiny pieces of ridiculously priced industrial land. How can you tell this? That section was completed about five years ago, before infinity had finished constucting the perimeter wall.I cannot remember the going prices of the industrial plots but they were about ten times what you would pay in the adjacent area.

I doubt he's sold hata moja. He should convert them to residential plots and turn it into an exclusive estate

Agreed. Especially considering that there's another industrial park nearby along the bypass.
