Male lion was killed in Pakase, Kajiado West after it consumed a trapped zebra which was used as bait. The area villagers have been getting strange sounds of roaming lion with no action taken by KWS. The villagers made a strong trap to capture the big cat and finally they manage to kill it.

Conservationists see this and shed tears........'oh how crude and heartless'.
 
This will continue to happen as long as the local communities do not get direct benefits from co-existinh with these wild animals
