Seems all the shiny new equipment GoK buys wasnt bought to protect the poor, neither are the operators trained and armed using the taxes the poor cough up daily, it is clearly not a question of GoK lacking capacity. They just don't care about the poor, that is the true fault line of marginalisation in this country.
