Apartments pale tatuu city

Back in 2015 apo kamiti corner 50 × 100 was retailing for 4.5 -5 saa hii zinachezea 6 -7 na ni uko ndani kitu 700m from the junction. Apo mbele saa hii kununua ni tricky.

Huko kiamumbi ndani you can't get with less than 7m for 50x100.

The apartments craze happening in that hood is partly responsible for those prices.... I remember a kitambo when I used to visit my uncle it was a dope neighbourhood.

I know the difference.... kenha ndio wako uko. Tatu city pia kuna zile wanajenga.

Defining doesn't change the fact that I saw thier logo and cars on the strech where a road was bn built. I am 100% sure what of what I saw.

Not necessarily..... kuna ziko uko mbele side ya light industries they are squeezed na price range nikuanzia 4.5m kuenda juu... richland pointe yenye iko pale kamiti pia izo ni ndogo with basic finishes and the starting price ni 6.5m. Compared to the competition they are reasonably priced.
Surprisingly unity homes which is next to gowdowns have decent sales.
Hizo unity Unity ni kutupa, very puny !! Ni kama double room subdivided.

this tatu project seems to be taking forever, I remember kijani plots were going for around 12m back around 2010 hapo, and occasional offers would drop to even 9m. Back then the idea at least what they were saying is that they were giving guys who bought the land 5 year to construct their houses the same timeframe for the infrastructure works.

Still looks like at least 5 years away from any sense of community can be felt, but I never understood why one would sink all that money into a piece of residential land next to an industrial park, the pollution and all the mess that an industrial complex brings along is not worth it, unless its more of a speculative long term investment.
