How do I avoid proteins.....?? I noticed that I cant avoid them or resist.I am badly affected and my skin becomes itchy after consuming them. In my diet I include legumes, beef kidogo, mutton na white meat. I get affected almost immediately after. Weekend nilikuwa goat eating na I couldn't resist the urge, hata there was nothing else to eat. Nasemanga sitakula but my Maasai ancestors keep whispering kidogo si mbaya....Fada Lawd!🤦‍♀️🙇‍♀️

I know it's getting worse but what can I substitute proteins with?Kindly help

you cant substitute proteins, you need to find the right proteins that your body won't react to
Apart from legumes, meat, fish and milk plus milk products, I highly dislike cheese and ghee btw, are there any other proteins??
Am not a fan of eggs so I rarely eat them...
 
Try only plant sources and see how you react. Non animal foods high in protein include:

1. Green grams(Ndengu)
2. Amaranth (Terere)
3. Various types of peas and beans
4. Nuts eg peanuts etc
5. Seeds like chia and hemp(mbegu ya hemp(pia ya bangi)
6. Lentils
