2 kids have died in a water pan/ dam at Githarane village opposite AIPCA Nguirubi in Ndeiya ward, Limuru constituency.

a local resident had raised concerns about this pan in 2018

The type that wants gavament to do everything, including fencing using one roll of Ng'ombe seng'enge. Eti a huge dam? Thn how will water be transported from that dam to small farms?
