So I receive my internet bill and it is like 30% higher than what I was expecting and their reasoning/excuse is that Excise Tax was increased to 20%??
I have also gone back to my previous bill and these guys had actually managed to gross upwards my internet bill bana.
I have called them and apparently you cannot talk to a customer care rep on the billing side but rather write an email to them.
