One of my biggest talents that my ADHD brain has managed to develop is the ability to read someones character just by watching them or listening to them.

That said, this Governor of Machakos has always stood out to me as a very pretentious, conniving, intellectually deficit individual. He just dresses nice and PR tupu. His level of self-importance supersedes that of people like Murathe and the boy who was fighting for a road signage somewhere in a leafy suburb.
