The road was a huge scam from the word go. The kind of concessions the investors received would be hard to come by anywhere else.
 
The best we can do is dig deeper and help in repaying the contract amount for the next 30 years. Whether we use the expressway or not hii pesa lazima investor apate .Accept and move on.

Ignore the messenger. Is it not bothersome that we will never know the people who own half of that road? Don't you think we might end up with a repeat of Mobitelea, where fixers got themselves a chunk of safaricom for free?

As long as you are connected, you can get away with anything and some people will choose to look the other way
