Who is to blame when 'Nudes' are leaked?

Fact is, 90% of nudes in people's inboxes were taken by the sender's themselves.
There is more nude pics of males than of females out there.
But unless you are a politician or a person of influence,male nudes don't seem to have the same value as female nudes.
Why this is ,is anyone's opinion.

So why do women,take photos of themselves and go on to send them in trust?
I put it down to women craving attention and validation.
Don't get me wrong, I have countless photos and videos of women from my past in compromising situations but I could never imagine using them against any of them No matter what.
The stakes being so high,if a woman (or man) is willing to gamble on their dignity,they only have themselves to blame when their nudes are leaked.

And that is the naked truth.

How are nudes being leaked any different than someone sharing a confidential conversation you had with them?
Its like you taking the blame for having the converation

If they are not the broken type (malware) who take them for marketing, then they take them under pressure from the people they think love them. Sadly, we all know such relationships come to an end sooner or later, leaving one or both parties bitter

It can simply be kink for the person taking them and receiving them. No one has to be broken or put under pressure.
Nudes leak for 3 reasons:
1. they are stolen e.g from a phone or cloud storage is hacked like in the fappening;
2. @Anglututu put it well "as a power move to expose each other"
3. Revenge/blackmail.
in every situation it's the person who leaks them being an asshole.

I fail to understand the reasoning behind blaming the woman for leaked nudes that weren't to be leaked. It's like @Pamba 1 blaming you for getting carjacked. If you didn't want to get carjacked then you shouldn't have bought a car in the first place.

Kabuda, there is something Mwarimo says which makes a lot of sense; fools and smartphones don't make for a healthy combination.

I don't for the life of me know why anybody would take pictures of themselves nude and then send them to somebody or even store them in the phone. Ni za nini? It is downright stupid.

But you also must understand that we live in an era where buttocks are glorified more than common sense and intelligence. Even 'decent gals just want to show you how big their backsides are. Derranged.

He he he he! The way you are trying to justify nonsense!

A car is a used to move from place A to place B. It has utility value, and if something bad happens between A and B that is what is called an accident.

What is the utility value of taking pictures of yourself naked?

The utility is to the person who is taking them or receiving them. Simply because you don't see what use it is, doesn't imply there isn't one. The same way the policeman can say he doesn't see the utility of owning a car to get you from point A to B when you have legs or there isn't anything to do at Point B. Utility is subjective in both cases (the pics or the car).
Also if an accident were to happen between point A and B where someone drives head on into you, because they are upset/angry/jealous of you. why should you take the blame just because you were driving or own that car?

the point of the analogy is where the blame lies for either case.

Living their lives online.
Morality and dignity has been replaced by "likes".
Na saa hiyo hatujaenda ata Instagram, Twitter na anga tiktok!...
