Create a thread on how to remain a teetotaler, I am two weeks free and would like to stay that way especially in this Covid19 times.
Practice discipline but if that's hard, then substitute partaking with activity, especially one that has adrenaline/excitement when you chance upon whatever makes you drink. Jogging does it for me but usually have a drink or two ONLY when watching an Arsenal game or Formula 1.
 
A friend of mine alirusha kitu kwa paybill moja hapa Nyeri. Kuenda huko, sikupata the Irish stuff yangu. The lady kwa counter akanishow alternative, made in India, (I forgot the brand name, but was beer) accepted. It was awfull, two days I felt very bad.

Bro. After a second bout of alchohol poisoning, I just decided there and then that enough is enough. I went to the Kitchen and poured one and a half bottles of Viceroy and eight White Caps down the sink. Never looked back since then.
