There is a national database for all corona positive people which is accessible to public health workers so most likely your cousin had tested positive already.

I don't think so, almost five days later, why has the wife and kids not get tested plus all the work mates in his former job...not even one follow up

Am glad uko poa amd uko safe, but, Have you read articles where patients have died as they waited for those results because they were assumed wako na Rona? I know someone who is currently admitted for pneumonia and were it not for knowing someone senior in the hospital alikuwa apelekwe kwa rona ward and would have definately caught it there
